Every saved grant becomes a tracked application. Move each one through clear stages so you always know where things stand:

• Saved — bookmarked, not started
• Researching — checking fit & requirements
• Drafting — writing the proposal
• Submitted — sent to the funder
• Awarded / Not funded — the outcome

Filter your Saved grants by stage to focus on what needs attention, and we record the date you mark something Submitted automatically.

🗂️ Collections

Organize saved grants your way. Create your own collections — by program, quarter, client, funder, or anything else — and assign each grant to one.

Anything you haven't filed shows up under Uncategorized, and deleting a collection never deletes the grants inside it — they simply become uncategorized again.

📝 Proposal builder & drafts

Open the proposal template on any grant and edit every section inline — summary, need, goals, approach, budget narrative, and more — pre-filled with prompts tailored to that opportunity.

Your work autosaves to your account, so you can pick up on any device. Starting a draft flags the grant as Proposal started and moves it to the Drafting stage. Find every draft on the My proposals page, and export to Word or PDF anytime.

🗒️ Notes & target dates

Keep private notes on each grant — contacts, reminders, next steps — and set a target submit date so deadlines never sneak up. Notes and dates stay attached to the grant in your pipeline.

🔔 Alerts & saved searches

Save any search and get notified about deadlines and newly posted grants that match, so opportunities come to you instead of you re-running searches. Manage them on the Saved searches page.

📤 CSV export

Export grant results to CSV to share with your team, build a reporting spreadsheet, or work offline. Your saved grants and pipeline are yours to take anywhere.
