To address several stresses on Douglas Creek riparian function, and to assess the effects of this action in a context of other system stresses. This proposal addresses the initial riparian stabilization project and continued water quality monitoring in Douglas Creek in ongoing projects that support riparian stabilization and water quality in Douglas Creek
