Description
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) desires to work with a vendor who is able to assist with developing methods and tools to guide strategic management of invasive plants on National Wildlife Refuge System lands. The project will include review, evaluaiton, and synthesis of existing protocols and tools used to conduct invasive plant assessments. Synthesis results will be used to develop a protocol and a set of tools that meet the needs of the National Wildlife Refuge System. The USFWS staff will work closely and collaboratively with the vendor to develop protocols and decision tools. The award of contracts, modifications, or change orders and performance of all work on this project shall be exclusively within the contract of the government.
