Description
This is a Notice of Intent to award. This agreement is being implemented in order for The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) to support the California Waterfowl Association�s (CWA) existing public service programs through the Modoc National Wildlife Refuge (MNWR). The objective is to have the Service provide college-age volunteers (i.e., current or recent graduates) opportunities to participate in the conservation of fish, wildlife, plants, Visitor Services management, public use activities, Administrative Assistance, Wildlife Biology, and Information Technology, etc. This Agreement provides for the limited exchange of personnel, equipment, facilities and funds to obtain this goal. This project will benefit the public through providing educational and work experience opportunities for qualified individuals and through the furthering of the Service mission through their efforts.
