A strategic plan outlining the actions/goals, partnership, outreach training and to implementation of the plan towards America's Byway designation with the outcome of greater tourism, interpretive and receational opportunities for preserving the history and landscape associated with this iconic westward migratin route, California Historic Highway Route 66 located within the California Desert District landscape.
