This Funding Announcement is not a request for applications. This announcement is to provide public notice of the Bureau of Reclamation�s intent to fund the following project without full and open competition. It is the intent of Reclamation to enter into a Cooperative Agreement with University of Idaho (U of I) whereby U of I will build an Integrated Data Harvester and Analysis Software for the Methow Basin with future linkages to Columbia River Basin (CRB) data management. This proposed project will provide a critical link to move data faster from data depositories and servers in the CRB into data summary, analysis and ecological modeling. U of I offers expertise and knowledge necessary for building the Integrated Data Harvester and Analysis Software for the Methow Basin. The Pacific Northwest Cooperative Ecosystems Studies Unit (PNW CESU) is a cooperative venture between 17 leading academic institutions in the Pacific Northwest region. Reclamation and U of I are partners under the PNW CESU. The proposed Cooperative Agreement will be entered into under the terms and conditions of the PNW CESU.
