Description
The agreement will help build community capacity, facilitate the development of collaborative ecosystem restoration projects, and heighten public understanding of the need for integrated approaches to resource management. The agreement will also encourage the development of community-based forest and woodland restoration projects involving BLM districts and local collaborative groups, recognizing the need to integrate restoration and biomass utilization.
