This Funding Announcement is not a request for applications. This announcement is to provide public notice of the Bureau of Reclamation�s intention to fund the following project activities without full and open competition. It is the intent of Reclamation to enter into a grant agreement with Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife (ODFW) whereby ODFW will evaluate the effectiveness of a new system of fish passage for application at fish migration barriers such as low and mid-height dams. This project will carry out the public purpose of funding research that can assist Reclamation with development of new methods to protect fish and provide upstream fish passage at Reclamation facilities.
