This announcement describes a program thrust, entitled DARPA/ONR Field-Reversible Thermal Connector (RevCon) Challenge, to be launched initially under the ONRFOA12-002, Long-Range Annual Funding Opportunity Announcement for Navy and Marine Corps Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics (STEM) Programs for K-12 & Institutions of Higher Education' which can be found at http://www.onr.navy.mil/Contracts-Grants/Funding-Opportunities/Broad-Agency-Announcements.aspx. The requirements for proposal submission, evaluation, and award of any resulting grants will ultimately be subject to that described in the FY12 STEM FOA. Applicants shall NOT apply under this Special Notice. Applicants shall apply using the Application Instructions and Package under ONRFOA12-002

• Small businesses
