Description
To restore the BLM-ownedd 154-acre Cougar Wetland Complex back to its original floodplain and slough function. Once restored, the ddominant habitat type will be valley oak )Quercus lobata) riparian forest. This will be the only parcel of such unique habitat owned and manage by the BLM.
