Description

This announcement seeks application from public and private nonprofit entities to establish and operate voluntary family planning services projects, which shall provide family planning services to all persons desiring such services, with priority for services to persons from low-income families. Local and regional public or private nonprofit entities may apply directly to the Secretary for a Title X family planning services grant under this announcement. Funding of applications propose to rely on other entities to provide services will take into consideration the extent to which the applicant indicates it will be inclusive in considering all entities
