Description
Ebey�s Landing National Historical Reserve is managed by a local Trust Board of nine members representing the National Park Service, Washington State Parks, Island County, and the Town of Coupeville. This agreement transfers NPS funds to the Board to achieve program objectives in the fields of natural and cultural resources that were identified in the Board�s Long Range Interpretive Plan (LRIP), General Management Plan (GMP), Annual Strategic Plan, and Fiscal Year 2011 annual work plan and budget.
