Description

This is a Notice of Intent to award a non-competitive Task Agreement under the Gulf Coast, Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Unit (CESU) Master Cooperative Agreement (H500002A271) in accordance with Department of Interior, 505 Departmental Manual 2.12C. The purpose of this project is to evaluate existing ecological information and propose a freshwater environmental flow regime that is specific to 6,000 acres of estuarine wetlands acquired by Big Thicket National Preserve (BITH) in 2009.
