This is a notice of intent and a noncompetitive award in accordance with the Department of Interior 505 Departmental Manual 2. Please see attached announcement notice of intent for more information. The National Parks Institute is an academic partnership to establish leadership education and training for youth and professionals, promote academic study on park management isseus, and to develop a professional and intellectual community for knowledge exchange.
