This is a Notice of Intent to award a cooperative agreement task agreement. The National Park Service has a continuing requirement with Colorado State University under the Rocky Mountain CESU cooperative agreement for "ASSISTANCE FOR INSTRUMENT DEVELOPMENT TO MEASURE THE RELATIONSHIP OF AIR QUALITY WITH NIGHT SKY VISIBILITY".
