Description

The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation), Mid-Pacific Region, intends to issue a modification award to Cooperative Agreement R10AC20056 to Tehama-Colusa Canal Authority under the authority of Public Law 102-575, Title 34 Central Valley Project Improvement Act (CFDA 15.512), for the following program: Red Bluff Construction Technical Support. Reclamation proposes to provide additional funding to continue the engineering design support and construction management services for the Red Bluff Pumping Plant. Period of Performance is from July 1, 2010 to December 31, 2012. Estimated award date: on or before September 30, 2011. Estimate award amount: $794,900.00. A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed financial assistance based upon Departmental Manual 505 DM2 paragrah 2.14(B)(2) CONTINUATION and (4) UNIQUE QUALIFICATIONS, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
