FY 2010 Rail Line Relocation and Improvement Program Port of Monroe and Industrial Park, Monroe County, MI This Project will re-establish rail service to an existing industrial tenant (Gerdau - MACSTEEL), to provide rail service to a new industrial tenant (Great Lakes Towers, LLC), and to make available rail service to industrial acreage.
