ArchivedSouth Africa USAID-Pretoria
Description
The US Agency for International Development is seeking comments on a draft concept paper for a proposed new Resilience in the Limpopo River Basin (RESILIM) program to be funded by USAID/Southern Africa. USAID/Southern Africa plans to issue both a Request for Applications (RFA) and a Request for Proposals (RFP) in December 2011 to accept applications and proposals to implement the new program. The concept paper describes the proposed purpose, objectives, and key elements of RESILIM. The concept paper does not constitute a request for applications or proposals, which will come later through a separate process.
