This action is a modification to an existing task agreement number P11AT708889. The modication is issued to extend the period of performance through December 31, 2012 and to add $78,000 for continued work on this program. The task agreement was issued under an existing Cooperative Agreement H2360105500 with the University of Colorado, Denver. This is a notice of intent and non competitive award in accordance with Department of Interior, Policy Department Manual 505DM2.
