Description

Funding is available through the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS). Specifically, San Francisco Bay Bird Observatory will assist with bird surveys and cataloguing datasets for the National Wildlife Refuge System Lands. The USFWS staff will work closely and collaboratively with the vendor to conduct surveys and populate a National Wildlife Refuge System legacy database. the USFWS intends to award San Francisco Bay Bird Observatory a single source agreement because of the unique qualifications of the staff with the technical expertise needed.
