Description

The purpose of this funding opportunity announcement is to build capacity within the health system of the Government of Vietnam (GVN). The overarching goal is to build and expand institutional capacity within the GVN to coordinate and implement evaluations, research, operations and management of HIV/AIDS and other public health programs and to effectively respond to health system strengthening needs, as identified by GVN and other stakeholders.
