Description

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) seeks an implementer for a program aimed at improving educational opportunities for vulnerable/disadvantaged lower secondary level students, and out of school youth ages 12-24 years living in selected municipalities with high crime rates in El Salvador. A pre-application conference will be held in El Salvador o/a 20 March 2012 at a place and time to be announced thru an amendment to the RFA.
