The purpose of this APS is to disseminate information to enable prospective applicants to decide whether to seek USAID/OFDA funding in support of the subject Operationalizing a Neighborhood Approach to Reduce Urban Disaster Risk in Latin America and the Caribbean program and, if so, to assist them in developing and submitting applications.
