This financial assistance opportunity is being issued under a Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Unit (CESU) program. CESU's are partnerships that provide research, technical assistance, and education. (It is the government¿s intention to issue this agreement under the umbrella of, and incorporates the terms and conditions, therefore, restricting eligibility to Public and State controlled Institutions of Higher Education, and includes a negotiated indirect cost rate not to exceed (NTE) 17.5%). This project is to implement the data collection, analysis and compilation of recreation studies for planning and management purposes located in and around Fairbanks and Anchorage, Alaska.
