Description

The US Geological Survey is offering a funding opportunity to a Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Unit partner for research in developing technologies to distribute geospatial data products, facilitate use of the geospatial data products through visualization and tabulation, and enhance capabilities for further science studies of patterns and trends of ecosystem carbon storage and greenhouse gas fluxes. The geospatial data products include ecosystem attributes such as structure and composition, ecosystem processes such as forest fires, carbon storage and greenhouse gas fluxes, biophysical attributes such as soils and hydrology, land-use and land-cover change maps, and climate data.
