Description

On June 16, 2011 the United Nations Human Rights Council endorsed the Guiding Principles for Business and Human Rights (GPs) developed by Special Representative John Ruggie. It is widely agreed that the next necessary step is their dissemination and implementation. The Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights and Labor (DRL) announces a Request for Proposals (RFP) from organizations capable of designing and implementing projects that will advance these objectives.

  • Nonprofits with 501(c)(3) status (other than higher education)
  • Nonprofits without 501(c)(3) status (other than higher education)
  • Private institutions of higher education
