Description

This cooperative agreement is intended to improve glaucoma screening, referral, and treatment for those populations experiencing the greatest disparity in access to glaucoma care—Hispanics, blacks, Asians, older people (aged 60 years and older), those with a family history of glaucoma, and those with diabetes—by implementing community-based outreach programs.
