Description
The Mid-Pacific Region of the Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) intends to issue a Notice of Intent (NOI) to award Modification 003 to grant agreement R10AP20638 with the Pyramid Lake Paiute Tribe for the following program: Truckee River Operating Agreement (TROA) Desert Terminal Lakes Program – TROA Completion and Implementation. The purpose of this requirement is for the continuation of work already in progress via an existing Grant agreement with the Pyramid Lake Paiute Tribe. Refer to Notice of Intent (NOI) to award announcement, R12AS20017 for additional information. A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed financial assistance based upon Departmental Manual 505 DM 2, paragraph 2.14(B) (2) and (4) is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) applies to this announcement.
