The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate changes to the Funding Opportunity Announcement, DE-FOA-0000674. Accordingly, this modification (1) Changed the due date of Replies to Reviewer Comments from June 20 to June 26, and (2) Clarified the language in the Mod 002 Description, above, by removing the sentence ??and thus should not be applied to any ARPA-E award, the vast majority of which are cooperative agreements,? and inserting ?It does not apply to any other form of financial assistance.? Notices of Intent, Full Applications, and Replies to Reviewer Comments must be submitted through ARPA-E eXCHANGE (https://arpa-e-foa.energy.gov/), ARPA-E?s online application portal. ARPA-E will not review or consider applications submitted through other means.
