Description
The purpose of this program is to provide support through CDC cooperative agreements for non-research activities to develop robust, population-based estimates of the prevalence of CHDs focusing on adolescents and adults, and better understand the survival, healthcare utilization, and longer term outcomes of adolescents and adults affected by CHDs.
