The Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights and Labor (DRL) announces a Request for Proposals (RFP) from organizations working to promote and protect the human rights of LGBT people. Launched by Secretary Clinton in December 2011, the Secretary?s Global Equality fund aims to support the work of civil society organizations working on LGBT issues around the world.
