Description

BLM-California and Oregon State Offices will facilitate the improvement, management and operation of the PCNST in partnership with the PCTA. For over 20 years, the PCTA has served as the principal non-governmental organization -NGO- that has facilitated the management and operation of the PCNST as a single long-distance trail consistent with the PCNST Comprehensive Management Plan and Forest Service and BLM Land and Resource Management Plans.
