Description

The proposed topic will explore and exploit the physical coupling between the ionosphere and the earth, ocean, and atmosphere below. The program will pursue multidisciplinary approaches for improved physical understanding of ionospheric drivers from below and advanced modeling and parameterization techniques to characterize the coupled system and phenomena.Applicants shall NOT apply under this Special Notice. Applicants shall apply using the Application Instructions and Package under ONRBAA12-001.
