As part of the overall effort to reduce the burden of chronic diseases and chronic disease risk factors, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), National Center for Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion (NCCDPHP), Office on Smoking and Health (OSH) announces the opportunity to apply for funds to ensure and support state quitline capacity, in order to respond to upcoming federal initiatives such as the National Tobacco Education Campaign.
