The HIV/AIDS Project for High Risk Groups project (ROMP) will provide technical assistance to support the development, implementation and evaluation of acomprehensive prevention, care and treatment intervention package for Men having Sex with Men(MSMs) and Person who Inject Drugs(PWID) in Metro Manila and in Cebu.
