Description

The U.S. Agency for International Development's (USAID) Africa Bureau, invites concept papers and, if requested by USAID, applications in response to this Leadership Initiative for Good Governance in Africa (LIGGA) Annual Program Statement (APS). The purpose of this APS is to build leadership capacity in the promotion of democratic good governance among emerging and ethical African leader in an effort to strengthen and sustain democratic institutions.
