Description

The BLM seeks a partner for the purpose of providing educational opportunities and engage youth to develop civic minded skills, design marketing strategies that address community environmental problems, communicate educational matter to the public, and increase community awareness of the litter and desert dumping problems.This modification number 1 is to extend the Request for Applications (RFA) closing date from May 9, 2012 to May 29, 2012. All other information provided within this RFA remains the same.
