Description

The cooperative agreement will fund two distinct series of workshops that will each be presented to three consecutive groups of selected students participating in ECA-funded high school exchange programs. The approximate timing of workshops will be February to April of 2013, 2014, and 2015. The theme of one workshop will be English language teaching, and the theme of the other will be using social media and other technologies in the promotion of civil society. Applicants may submit one proposal for both three-workshop series or a proposal for one series only under this competition. If multiple proposals are received from the same applicant, all submissions will be declared ineligible and receive no further consideration in the review process. See Section II.
