The purpose of the program is to develop and implement programs designed to increase adolescent immunization rates through the efforts of healthcare providers. Projects should take direct aim at increasing rates of adolescent immunization. This program addresses the “Healthy People 2020” focus area(s) of immunization related to adolescent immunization.
