Purpose of Program: The Impact Aid Discretionary Construction Grant program provides grants for emergency repairs and modernization of school facilities to certain local educational agencies (LEAs) that receive Impact Aid formula funds. Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) Number: 84.041C. Applications for grants under the Impact Aid Discretionary Construction Grant Program, CFDA 84.041C, must be submitted electronically using the G5 system, accessible through the Department's G5 site (www.G5.gov). While completing your electronic application, you will be entering data online that will be saved into a database. You may not email an electronic copy of a grant application to us.
