Description

The USGS Alaska Science Center is offering a funding opportunity to provide financial assistance for the integration of additional physical science discipline working group plans into the Arctic LCC Hydrology Science Plan, thus creating a more coordinated and robust basis for future activities related to the Arctic LCC. As chairperson for the Arctic LCC Hydrology Working Group, the recipient will organize meetings with equivalent positions in the other physical science working groups of the Arctic LCC. The ALCC Steering Committee has provided positive feedback regarding the initial design of a 5-site intensive monitoring network that included various hydrologic parameters but wishes to ensure integration among disciplines.
