DRL seeks proposals that address gender-based violence and promote the rights of at-risk Iraqis (please see full announcement for details): An Assessment of Gender-Based Violence in Iraq: DRL requests proposals for a qualitative and quantitative assessment of gender-based violence (GBV) in Iraq, including sexual violence, domestic violence, early and forced marriage, trafficking for sex or labor, and harmful traditional practices such as honor killings and female genital mutilation. Gender Based Violence Programs: DRL seeks proposals for programs to promote positive attitudes and practices and increase protections against gender-based violence (GBV) in Iraq Promoting the Rights, Protection, and Physical Security of Marginalized and At-Risk Iraqis: DRL seeks proposals for holistic programs that aim to protect the most at-risk and marginalized Iraqis from violence. Target groups must include, but are not limited to: Iraqis at risk of violence due to their real or perceived sexual orientation or gender identity, youth at risk due to alternative forms of personal expression
