Description
To increase knowledge about the population of American Black Oystercatcher and other seabirds residing on the CCNM and to disseminate that knowledge through public education and environmental education so that people have a greater awareness of coastal bird habitat needs and of the adverse effects of human disturbance on these birds and their habitats.
