This funding announcement is a Notice of Intent to Award (NOI): PLEASE DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY. Federal regulations require that all funding opportunities be posted on Grants.gov. Purpose: 1) Conduct scoping workshop prior to finalizing extent and timetable for specific review tasks within general contract terms 2) Critically evaluate existing sampling programs and interpretation efforts; 3) Describe explicit management-driven information needs and anticipated data gaps; 4) Provide updated or alternative protocols to match needs, sampling/collection schemes, and interpretation constraints
