Description

The objective is to continue working with the Utah Correctional Facility and provide a public service by providing a facility to prepare wild horse and burros for adoption, maintain animals in proper healthy condition, feed, sort, geld, train and adopt animals removed from public lands. The facility would provide additional and critically needed holding capacity allowing the BLM to reduce the cost of maintaining wild horses andor burros at public expense by showcasing the trainability versatility of wild horses and burros and increasing the number of successful adoptions.
