Description

The Bureau of Reclamation (BOR), Mid-Pacific Region, intends to award a sole source for a Cooperative Agreement to Reclamation District 2035 under the authority of CFDA 15.512, Central Valley Project Improvement Act, Public Law 102-575, Section 3406 (b) (21). BOR proposes to provide financial assistance for the Sacramento River Joint Intake Project which consists of a fish screen to prevent the entrainment of endangered anadromous fish. Period of Performance is from the date of award to December 31, 2015. Estimate award date: on or about September 21, 2012. Estimate award amount: $16,707,968.00. A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed financial assistance based upon Departmental Manual 505 DM2 paragraph 2.14(B)(4) is solely within the discretion of the Government.
