This funding opportunity is to provide public notice of NPS's intention to fund the following project activities without full and open competition. Task Agreement # P12AC15013 under Cooperative Agreement H8W07110001 with St. Mary's University of Minnesota, a partner under the Pacific Northwest Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Unit, for project titled "Image interpretation and Classification of Land Cover Change in Lake Clark and Kenai Fjords National Parks Between 1954 and 2009"
