Description

Practioner's Network: Refine and seek agreement on a near- and long-term work plan for the Network, including specific goals, measurable objectives, key activities and milestone events, and measurable objectives. Provide general support for Network leadership, including the coordinating committee and working groups, by planning, facilitating, and documenting regular meetings, and by assisting the committee and working groups in implementing and evaluating their work plans and progress on achieving the Network’s goals. Develop an effective evaluation system that helps the Network track, learn from, and adapt its work and approach; work with the coordinating committee to develop overall measures of success for the Network’s objectives and work plan, as well as the indicators, methodology, and a process for routine program evaluation, learning, and adaptation. Develop a sustained fundraising strategy for the Network.
