Description

This is being awarded single source to the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes. This was previously competitively announced on the Federal Register on December 19, 2001. This award provides EMDP funding to assist the ongoing assessments for the Kerr Hydroelectric acquisition project with specific assessments, feasibility and planning work to include power marketing, risk management, resource balancing, proforma, hydro plant operations and maintenance.
