BLM Conservation of Rare Plants in New Mexico

Description
This program will provide a framework for cooperation and coordination to improve the capacity for conservation and restoration of rare plants across the United States. The cooperative relationship would seek to build the plant conservation capacity of community based plant conservation organizations, and involve those organizations in plant conservation activities to benefit the public.
